Michael Kelly joined Mirador in October 2021 as their Financial Controller. Starting his career 40+ years ago with KPMG, Michael has served in lead financial officer, General Securities and Financial & Operations Principal roles for companies such as Citicorp, Morgan Stanley, UniCredito Italiano and SK Group (South Korea). After retiring from Morgan Stanley as their Wealth Management Controller, he joined a CT-based Family Office as a Managing Director in an asset management capacity. Prior to joining Mirador, Michael spent the previous two years as the Chief Operating Officer of the YMCA of Greenwich, helping to shepherd them through the pandemic.
Michael graduated from New York University with degrees in Accounting and Computer Applications, is a Certified Public Accountant and has multiple FINRA licenses.
Michael is married with two adult children. When not in the office, you will find him swimming, reading a good book, solving a puzzle or watching classic movies or television.
