Tom Haidinger joined Mirador after serving the company as an outside consultant, helping develop an architecture for its burgeoning portfolio of brands, products, and services.
Prior to that, Tom was co-founder and President of Interpublic-owned marketing agency Advantage. Advantage served Fortune 1000 companies in developing marketing platforms and campaigns leveraging investments in culture – sports, entertainment, lifestyle, and causes. Serving 54 different brands over nine years, clients included Hyundai, LG Electronics, Microsoft, Fifth Third Bank, and Dignity Health. In 2020, Tom helped successfully merge the business with sister agency Roger & Cowan|PMK.
Over the previous 20 years, Tom served in senior leadership positions both in the agency space (Genesco Sports Enterprises and Capital Sports) and rights holder environment (Six Flags and Major League Soccer) developing and executing integrated marketing programs. Clients included Equitable, Citi, Mastercard, Motorola, Pepsi, and Snickers.
Coming full circle back to financial services, Tom began his career at Merrill Lynch after graduating from the University of Notre Dame.
Tom lives in Darien with his wife and three children, and when away from work enjoys sailing, skiing, traveling, and a good non-fiction book.
